Just reviewed the podcast fom Friday nights show,(18th January) and well pi**ed off, 'cause I missed it live and it was only 2 hours long.
Like it or not. Lee was touching on those touchy subjects that people, (particularly groups), are not willing to discuss. Although mine and Lee's opinions and differences are a million miles apart a lot of the time, we do share some common ground. I do tend to agree on his opinions on the money making side, sadly inherent in todays paranormal world.
Same as the 'must have' latest techno gadgetry groups (and individuals) need to purchase. I would say a lot of people just don't know what the're holding in their hand (lol) on investigations. Check it out first, don't take someones word for it....stick to basic equipment, keep an OPEN mind on all things paranormal,(and I use that phrase loosely). Otherwise all a 'blinkered opinion' is really doing, sadly, is causing distancing, one-upmanship, isolation and fragmentation of the paranormal groups and community. Hope this subject gets more air time in the future. Not because I am being negative or 'bitchy', just a personell opinion that there is still lots to talk about.Wish I was listening live so I could have hit that 'frickin' Skype button...lol.
OK, must not forget John Kachuba, down to earth and realistic,Fridays guest. Really interesting guy and it will be good to see him in the UK soon. Found him good to listen to last September, (I believe,) good luck with your work John....take care all... |
