I AM A PROFESSIONAL LANCASHIRE STAND UP COMIC I ORIGINATE FROM ROCHDALE AND I WORKED FOR TWENTY YEARS ON THE NORTH OF ENGLAND CLUB CIRCUIT.
I NOW WORK IN THE HOTELS ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT. I'M 62 YEARS OLD NOW BUT WHEN I WAS IN MY TWENTIES A STRANGE THING HAPPENED TO ME.MY FIRST WIFE HAD LEFT A NOTE PAD AND PEN ON THE BEDSIDE TABLE, AS I WOKE IN THE MORNING I FELT MY RIGHT ARM MOVING AND NOTICED WRITING ON THE PAD AND ON THE WALLPAPER, THE HAND WRITING WAS NOT MY OWN AND WAS SIGNED LEONARD SWAN.
IF I HOLD A PEN LIGHTLY AT THE VERY TOP IT BEGINS TO WRIGHT FORWARD AND THEN IT MOVES BACKWARDS OVER THE SAME WORD AT GREAT SPEED KEEPING TO THE LINE
WHEN THIS HAPPENS I CAN SEE SITUATIONS IN MY MIND RELATING TO THE PEOPLE I AM WITH AT THE TIME, WITH SOME REMARKABLE RESULTS I HAVE ALWAYS REGARDED THIS AS A WAY OF AMUSING PEOPLE BUT I'VE STARTED TO BECOME MORE INQUISITIVE AS TO WHY I CAN DO THIS.
SOME TIME AGO ONE OF THE HOTELS I ENTERTAIN IN (THE FRIENDS HOTEL HILL ST SANDOWN) PUT ON GHOST THEME EVENING RUN BY www.wightghost.co.uk AND JUST OR FUN I DEMONSTRATED THIS WRITING,THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM AND THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL SEEMED AMAZED AT THE SPEED AND ACCURACY OF THE PEN AND EVEN MORE AMAZED AT THE INFORMATION THAT WAS UNFOLDING .

We met a guy called Pete, an entertainer on the isle of wight he checked our site out (Wightghost) and said that for 25 years he has had the gift. He is not a believer or disbeliever and just does it, while at the hotel where he works he rushed over to me and said Lee i have to do this for you I don't know why. Well the examples are below, and to be honest it was a spooky situation as i watched him write pages of text and I even asked questions to whom i believed to be his guide (Leonard Swan), 95 percent of the time he never looked at the paper and in some cases the pen would scribble all most out of control as if the message was not being understood and the frustration would show through the action and voracity of the pen movement.

As the pen is writing my mind goes to another time and place ,its like being in some kind of film, if someone asks a question the scene will sometimes change and the pen may write yes or no or give more info such as names.
The problem when this happens is that the document becomes fragmented to a reader who has not heard the question being put to me then they can't understand the text, when this happens I can also find it difficult to return to the task being put to me.
It's like reading a book with the pages all mixed up and not being able to work out the plot until you've read all the book
If I then sit alone and read through the pages without interruption I start to put the jigsaw together and the mental images return, the written word acts as a reminder with sometimes additional info.
I really don't want to do any of this, I would like not to be involved but something always persuades me to take up the pen so I've decided to tell people more about it
If we take the writings from the Wightghost session at The Friends Hotel I can recall some of the things I told Lee the day after reading them alone later ,but reading them again to write this document the picture is much clearer.
I see a ship sailing from Italy on board are several monks and priest,one of the priest is very very tall he is Father Antonio Filippo.There are also a large number of armed soldiers known as the Holy Knights who throughout the voyage resort to drunkenness and buggery sexually abusing the young monks.
The next thing I see is the ship sinking in a great storm and men being swept up onto dry land ,local people are rescuing people in small boats and monks are caring for the injured.
The survivors are a few monks and soldiers but the only priest to survive is Antonio
They are on the Isle of Vectis the survivors become part of the community working on several holy building projects and other religious task.
Work on these projects was hard and for long hours so as the Monks made wine they saw no harm in sampling the produce nor did the locals and the Holy Knights .
I am in ventnor and some drunken locals and soldiers are dragging the tall priest to The Great Hall of the town to be sentenced for the buggery of a young local boy ,he is found guilty by the rabble of drunks and hung by two of the Holy Knights
He was buried in a shallow grave on the common scrub land outside the consecrated ground of the church.
The monks secretly later moved the body to the monastery at Ryde but although he was buried in the monastery grounds
The Abbott would not allow him a special burial service and allow him to be laid to rest in the sacred ground allocated for men of God .
Leonard Swan wanted me to find a way to move his remains to this area to let him rest in piece
At that time there where several workshops within the monastery grounds one was a blacksmiths,the Monks wore sandals and the Priest wore black shoes ,as a code to keep the position of the priest grave a secret they called the Blacksmiths shop black shoes and also used the term as a code word
Many of the contacts could not read or write or sometimes use Old English terms with wrong spellings.

We Have tried to find this place but think maybe the cemetery was the one where the monastery is so we sneaked around with two wicker ladies to we found what felt like the right place then took some earth and sprinkled it on hallowed ground in the monastery graveyard, as I performed this act and said a little prayer a robin landed right next to me chirped a couple of times then left, the wicker ladies where so excited and said that was very symbolic. See I don’t disrespect or hate the psychic side just have trouble some times getting to grips with the whole subject matter,
